I am wondering why I had one in my cart and was just about to pay 88 euro's as it suddenly popped out.

I couldn't care less if someone flips a print to make ยฃ100 profit to fund their crack habit. If it means that I can get hold of a piece of art I want on my wall that I couldn't otherwise get (because my internet connection is not fast enough) then its fine by me.

Its standard procedure, its not reserved by being in the cart it have to be paid for. If the login to paypal takes to long (most have some auto login) and it sells out in the mean time it will be gone. Just to avoid stock to be held up when people put them in cart but never finish the buy.

I don't know how they could all have sold out on Big Cartel. The batch of 90 i'm referring to. Personally I take that with a pinch of salt.
For example how many people on here actually bought one and how many people on here say they wanted one but missed out?

It's done for a lot of print releases. Hence not long after seeing unsold listings on fleabay by various artists prints.

Wow, what was that all about Lroy? Why such hate for the zedster when you plugged the Lucy Sparrow, Nick Smith, and Floch soup can releases - I think strictly for visual aesthetics, I don't think that those images work as well as Zedman's. And conceptually, I don't think that the pantone version of a soup can really says anything nor do the others soup versions that you mentioned. |
