I've got many large prints floated too and they look great.....did anyone see the huge dface prints floated at SS? I think it adds certain character... I am float biased though

Pejac • Wound Print, by Harveyn on Jun 2, 2016 15:28:01 GMT 1, Its tragic to see the damage to these prints and certainly if you ship a print flat with cardboard and no plywood then it needs to be two pieces of double/triple walled cardboard either side running perpendicular to each other to avoid bending.
Its slightly ironic that the failure to do so will result in further wounds to the environment due to the increased carbon footprint from shipping the replacements across the globe.

Well, as mine arrived without damage, i'm happy they sent it flat -no flattening needed. but really sad to see all these damaged prints.

Mine arrived totally bent up and they won't respond to my email. Anyone have an email address they have responded to other than the one on his site? When they ruined the other prints I just sent one email and eventually got a response. I think that I waited quite a while for a replacement as Pejac was not around to sign the prints. Just be patient. I'm sure they're not pleased with themselves for letting this completely avoidable situation happen. |
