6 months later it's not looking too good. I could hold onto it longer, but I'm concerned that MBW's bubble is slowly bursting, especially after the latest release debacle.

newbie here (so forgive me if i put my foot in my mouth) looking for some price check feedback on my mr. brainwash prints. i have three:
Lady Day, 2009, #xx/50, originally sold for $100, 22 x 30
now i donโt think any of these prints have come up for sale in a long time. EB doesnโt list ant sales since 2011. however, if we compare it to other mbwโs prints with runs of 50 that sold for $100 and have a similar look to them, we can find Brother Ray on ebay listed for $1,850 and $2250; and we have Purple Splash (Jimi Hendrix) listed for $2,300. so iโm guessing my valuation is somewhere around there, thoughts?

christmas-themed print released in december 2010 with santa and a little boy both painting on a wall. when first sold, proceeds from the sale went to the charity toys for tots. I've been to multiple blue chip galleries that sell MBW and I enjoy actin coy to listen to there sales pitch. Definitely marketed at naive people with money to spare who're too lazy to look into the history of MBW. I imagine a lot of the pieces if not most are impulse buys from these types of people.

I have one of these and itโs one of my favourites and very rare, I think his early stuff might keep decent value (before he started churning out crap every 2 weeks), if you sell in US where there is a bigger market these could fetch $3k though try a local gallery and sell on commission rather than ebay

Trouble is itโs a tiny market - not many people want a full size cardboard cutout rather than a piece of art they can frame and hang, I assume this was just a prop from one of his shows and not for sale? If so think we will struggle to sell at the price you have set
