I've had a loads of success in the past with having pest control certificates issued with no problems, but pest control have come back and said that they want me to send in a piece for them to have a closer look at they want all this done via 'flight logistics'
Does anyone have any experience with this procedure?
No real issues for me, its just that I live abroad and travel loads!

Thanks No personal experience of this but I am aware that they have often requested prints to be inspected by them and given a choice of couriers it would be FL. |

Thanks This is normal proceedure for pest control, I think they only use Flight Logistics since they are the only ones with their address. However FL are brilliant |

A few years back I had a very expensive framed print, professionally crated, stamped "fragile, this way up, do not step, little pictures of red umbrellas" etc arrive at my house covered in half a dozen massive footprints and this was shipped by FL.
Transpired that FL used a run of the mill courier in the UK (now defunct funnily enough) who were more used to delivering Argos or Amazon parcels than expensive prints whereas they should have used a far more specialist shipper with relevant experience eg Fragilistics etc.
I would use FL again but for framed items only if I got to approve the actual shipping courier they proposed. Tubed items, I would be less concerned about.

I am a dissenting voice here - they left a Banksy strawberry donut print at the end of a lane, which was gated - in the rain. It was subsequently opened & sadly damaged & returned.
A member here also asked them to pick a print up from me - which I had professionally crated, they still haven't replied to the emails of 3 weeks ago.
Used another company.
But that's just my experience
I'm sure I remember something else, on here maybe, about a damaged print & a squabble over insurance - involving whether the print could be replaced or only repaired as well, but that wasn't personal / mine.
Consider a company called 'Fragilistics' for shipping
