Rats have a real, long time connection with his street stuff. the missus doesn't like having a rat on the wall but come on! All Banksy fans must think they look the dogs! ;D  Bingo, lovely images, closest to his street stuff I'll ever own and are great ( nice small editions mainly too, which is nice....). Had them up on the bedroom wall for a while, dcided better of the bad frame. Posted the pic below earlier on another thread, but like it so am posting again

I'm fairly clear on the value of most of what I own but could do with a current estimate for my signed Welcome to Hell as it's not currently insured separately. I have receipts for almost all of my pieces but I guess the hard job would be proving the value today if anything did go wrong, as most of them were bought at cost or shortly after. I have a back-up insurance policy of two large ferocious German Shepherds until I can get my cover up to date!

You can as well get an appraiser to write you down a certificate but they take serious cash for that (between 5/10% of the overall value).

Therefore, there is no worries if you bought a Banksy for ยฃ25 back in '99 and now it is worth ยฃ4000 - it is replacement value that counts.
I have M&S insurance that covers every unlimited number of items under ยฃ4k without proof or even needing receipts etc (a handy value for banksy print owners). Check it out: money.marksandspencer.com/insurance/home-insurance/overview. Its also the same price for any item up to ยฃ10k as long as you tell them. For people who have multiple items worth a few grand, it is defo the way to go!
