DFace • In Dog We Trust • London New York Tokyo Stockholm, by ed on Nov 22, 2007 13:30:14 GMT 1, Hey forum,
I have the chance to buy something pretty special, but no funds to do so....therefore am hoping to sell one of my In Dog We Trust canvases by D*Face.
It is the one on the RIGHT, bought direct from D* and can come in the original packaging, which has some little doodles on.
Number 2/10 (i think...they are at my parents house atm, under my old bed (!) and one is number 1/10 and the other 2/10, so either way pretty decent....if you want further pics/info, pm me.
PM me offers please. and please be aware that if i manage to raise the money without having to sell this, I will!!!!
Ta, Ed

DFace • In Dog We Trust • London New York Tokyo Stockholm, by ed on Nov 23, 2007 10:38:34 GMT 1, Hey,
For future reference spending more than a months salary in one night is not a good idea.
As such I'm upping the stakes in what i have to sell:
The above are originals on wood, and were part of an exhibition and could be seen on D*Face's website before the redisgn, i saved the picture, will upload when i'm home
the above are 1/10 and 2/10, as detailed above.
Please send me offers, don't ask me to name a price

DFace • In Dog We Trust • London New York Tokyo Stockholm, by ed on Nov 23, 2007 17:41:15 GMT 1, yeah, fair points...I intended to put them up in a group of four, and at the time i could afford to buy four, so I did.
and up until recently I've lived in shared houses (and bad areas!) where i wasn;t too keen to have my stuff exposed like that....

Good luck ed

I have two, and as far as I know its an edition of 10 with some on wood and some on canvas, and each one is different. At the time D* asked if you would like one of the place names changed to whatever you liked.

DFace • In Dog We Trust • London New York Tokyo Stockholm, by ed on Feb 3, 2008 13:42:28 GMT 1, For Sale: In Dog We Trust original on board
Original piece bought direct from D*Face in 2005. On the front side the board has been prepped with gold, green, red, white and pink paint with In Dog We Trust stencilled over the top. At the time of purchase there was the option to alter one of the "New York", "London" or "Tokyo" locations but I didn't do this so it is in original condition.
The reverse also has two Dface stamps, as well as a written D*Face signature, date and doodle. The D*Soldier doodle also features some silver highlighting under the helmet. There is also some red and white paint on the reverse.
The back of the board is so nice that it could also be displayed, this would look great in a glass box so it could be seen from both sides.
With D*Face having 4 or 5 shows in the next year, including a solo show in America, his value should increase quite well and hopefully this will be both a loved piece of art and a worthwhile investment.
Pictures:
Size:
29cm wide 44cm high 2cm deep
Provenance:
Receipt from Stolenspace (http://www.stolenspace.co.uk) as well as email correspondance with D*Face over delivery, although there is no specific reference to this board in the email.

Preferred Payment:
Cash on collection or cheque
Delivery:
Cost to be discussed with successful bidder, or collection if in Bristol or surrounding area.
Other Stuff:
