Annual return in banksy prints ?, by philw on Jun 19, 2016 17:37:29 GMT 1, What started as a passion for banksys art, for many of us, has turned into a a serious asset that at some point, decisions must be made with.
I've cashed out of a few banksys but still hold a considerable amount.
I could cash out entirely and have a 30% down payment on a house here in LA, but is that a wise decision?
Looking at returns on banksy and returns on real estate; it seems that it may be safer and easier to just hold onto the paper for a few more years.
What is everyone's thoughts on this? For those that cashed out... Are you happy you did?

Do you think there has been any increase since last year? Even with Dismaland? I know gallery prices have shot up but private prices seem to be pretty similar for lower end prints I've seen.
