The 10cm difference equates to a 5cm border all around the print, ie 5cm to each side and 5cm at the top and bottom giving the 10cm size difference in the dimensions. |

i must admit the photo showing the print framed does make the border look wider, but I received an email stating the image and paper sizes.

Having never framed a print either, thought i'd reach for advice from the gallery and I received great help, however god knows what it means, i'm sure a local framer can make more sense of it then myself. 
"The artist recommends the following specification for framing:
Floated onto 401 White Acid Free support with a quarter inch gap all the way round and moulding #45 Ash 3/4" blacked and fitted with UV Glass, ribs and melinex lined temp. Hardboard back."
Never owned a Peter Blake being relatively new to the art scene so had to break the bank for this print and play broke for a few weeks. Kudos to UAA for the information! For what it's worth Pauli Frames are simply the best going. You may spend slightly more but it will be lovely and perfectly perserved. Great print to anyone who's got one btw. Am jealous!
