I'm guessing... at least 20k
signed banksy but.. at first there will be a lot of pump n dump.. so you'll have resellers cashing in.. optimistically, lets say 50% get into the hands of real collectors.. that means there are 250 more or less floating around with a price increase of 1000-5000% minimum.. I would think to get in early, but, not too early. if you can snag these around 10k - 20k IMO.. depending how bad you want it.

Sorry to hijack the thread but does the new issue hurt or help the original version ? its pretty confusing to see the same piece of artwork released 11 years later in a high edition. Would maybe be different if some 1 off variants were made but to re release an already high edition print would definitely be frowned upon if it were any other artist.
