I agree its a shame if this is the case ..... I have to say (mine) is a stunning print....

Will be interesting to see if he does any more or keeps his word. He seems like a pretty good guy, so I hope he keeps his word. Aren't artist suppose to have some integrity?

I bought it at release from Prescription Art (invoice available) but in the same period I bought also other prints and my wife decided what to put on the wall. So it has never been framed...
Have you got an idea of the current market prices? As far as I know the cheapest one available at a gallery is ยฃ675 (Brandler Galleries). There has been a recent transaction on eBay last December and it was sold at the best offer (ยฃ550), while the requested price was ยฃ699. Moreover there has been a sale at a Julien's Auctions last November at $1000. I don't have more information regarding recent transactions, but of course I am available to listen from you.

Are you talking about the regular edition or the HF edition? I recently had a HF for sale that I put up for $700 (which was below original cost) and had a buyer fairly quickly but then I decided it was too nice of a piece and backed out of the deal. It should be back from the framers this week along with a few other gems. The fact is that before I put mine up I didn't see any of them for sale which I took as a good sign. I think it's one of his better pieces and should keep increasing in value. I hope you guys can work out a fair deal. Good luck. |
