I have followed that since yesterday night. There is 84 killed persons and18 in an absolute emergency.
I am extremely chocked , there was kids, families, and it's a barbarian arrack , as for the 11/09 where terrorists ( here a Tunisian of 31 years old ) took planes instead of trucks to kill people in A pedestrian area.
It's so vicious, so easy, they are cowards. I saw unbelievable videos that I have denounced where youths were passing with their phone filming all these bodies broken, in the middle of La Promenade, were we saw people standing up, with lost eyes near their injured kids or friends ( some aged people could not run, kids too ) ... How can people could think to film that and to post it on Twitter ?!? Indecency and no respect for the victim.
I am more choked and sad than Le Bataclan attack, I can't explain why and the comparison is stupid I know, but that s my feeling today maybe the kids , maybe how they have done that, so many death in seconds, passing with a truck.
I have family there they are all safe but extremely chocked too. Hope you are ok Marigot. Much love and thoughts to all these victims, we have to be strong : we are not really in war, but we won't be anymore in peace. Future of our kids is devastated.

What a vile cowardly thing to do. There is no excuse for this. Not blaming the west or feeling disenfranchised. These people have nothing but hatred inside them.

Again the politicians have let down the people. Plus another error by the security services.

Regarding some european politicians.

One cannot fight something that one is pandering to.

 I had the feeling that the security after the attacks in Paris etc was more for show and to make the people feel secure than actual security which could deal with a situation in reality.

  Sort of make the people feel the politicians have things under control in order to get re elected and hope that nothing does happen.

 

You are right ! It is stupid and just a political gesture to put policeman and military men in the streets ! It could come from everywhere whatever the moment. Look, it was full of police yesterday night and it has happened.

  Germany invaded some countries in WW2 and killed millions in those countries in total. We don't see people from those countries comitting terrorist attacks in Germany. Thats just one example. Vietnam was obliterated by the US and there are not Vietnamise terror attacks in US.

   The problem is the ideology and how it is transmitted and to who and by what means.

France has a huge internal problem so Nato etc action is not the solution.

The problem is linked to no go areas, petty crime drug dealing and social security.

   Too much has been covered up in European countries including France and often the police refuse to deal with a report of lesser crimes comitted by so called ethnic minorities if the person reporting the crime is white. (thats a fact)

 Germany and Sweden and the UK has massively covered up crimes and problems by people who refuse to fit in with western culture and are basically comitting crimes. Instead of covering up crimes as in Rochdale etc Germany and Sweden the government and police should deal with it and show exactly whose side they are on.

   Theresa May said that some aspects of Sharia Law are good for Britain. None are good for Britain or British people. There is nothing law with British law and democracy where it should apply to all. People who want their own laws and culture and not the law and culture of the country they live will always be a thorn in society.

The authorities need to be proactive and not wait untill something has happened and then a politician makes a speech of how "we are united etc etc and have to be strong" whilst innocent people who cannot afford armed bodyguards are victims of crimes and worse.
