Connor Harrington - New "Grab Your Guise" Print, by daniel3886 on Aug 25, 2016 13:01:22 GMT 1, Am glad it's not just me; I do realise (and have been told) that I am becoming a grumpy so-and-so. An exhibition trip sounds like a splendid idea. Feral, 11, Steph, dibbs etc are usually game for that too. Can we leave it a month though? I have stuff "goin' down". Much better for me. September is a nightmare
Great idea put me down, October sounds good any decent shows in the pipeline?

If you'll have a relatively newbie along from across the pond, I'll be over first week of October.

Connor Harrington - New "Grab Your Guise" Print, by Coach on Aug 25, 2016 18:48:17 GMT 1, It's very sad that this thread has turned in to a discussion of value and resales just days after the release. Is art not enjoyed for the love of art anymore? Coach I totally agree. I'm a (relatively) new member but I've seen a noticeable movement towards shouting about material gains rather than discussing aesthetic appreciation. There's a nasty undertone of financial gloating and attempts to inflate prices by predicting further rises. Not to say it didn't happen before but nowhere near as much. For what it's worth I'm not a great fan of Harrington, viewing his art as rather 'Athena 1970s poster'-like. But this seems a quality release and much more focussed on a theme and image. I feel the need for a Forum trip to an exhibition to discuss the work and have a few beers. HB
Might have found the show to go to:

Connor Harrington - New "Grab Your Guise" Print, by corinthia on Sept 4, 2016 19:32:10 GMT 1, Anyone who has the print notice and waves in the paper? Definitely not creases. Mine to the left of the head when the light shines on varnish and you look at angle. I tried taking a picture but it's so subtle really, really hard to see. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this in theirs.

Connor Harrington - New "Grab Your Guise" Print, by yorkie on Apr 14, 2017 18:17:49 GMT 1, Hi,
Well my first post on here in the Art For Sale thread.
I don't have pictures off these two prints (I'm sure you all know what they look like) but they are matching edition numbers and are being sold to part fund a very large purchase of an original (not that this matters to the buyer but I needed to write this to take some of my pain away from selling these).
They are in excellent condition and I am happy to post anywhere in the States or Europe but it will be the purchasers responsibility for insurance. They are now stored flat with no blemishes at all.
I am looking for best offer above UKPNDS 4250 plus delivery via one of the original tubes (I stored them - as always do). I can receive payment in UKPNDS or US Dollars and will accept Paypal or direct transfer to a UK or USA bank account.
This is a very, very reluctant sale and I'm not open to offers so please do not offer below as I wont waste time responding.

Matching numbers they are indeed. Located in Illinois.
Splitting.... not really looking to do that but it depends on the offer....
Also, please note the above, i do not intend to reply to the two offers below the asking price.
Thanks.

if someone buys them to split and sell at a profit then so be it.... I would hope they would go to someone who loves his work and get placed on a wall.
