.. think tfl have other things to do with their day ?
am sure laz et all - are lapping it up - it's an advert everytime something is painted over  which in itself is laughable.
making space / room / clear space for more
adverts .. .graf as people see fit.
It's an upside down situation like a few others where mr
B is interestingly at the centre and still ... invisible !

..wouldn't it be interesting for someone to actually sell a piece of wall which had been painted over stating - under this paint there is a really banksy.
