-This was an article done in 1987 on 3D and Goldie
-In 1988 Massive Attack formed.
-In late 80s/1990 he moved over to canvas (example below) as *Robert Del Naja/3D ...after a further warning.
-Also in 1990 a Robert Banks showed up on the streets (with similar style to 3D --shocking). (example below)
-Banksy started in 1990. Than it was whoever was around because 3D and Massive Attack were taking off.
So ya same guy but to ask when the last official RDN/3D street piece was is a tough question. But yes, it kind of just took over is a very unofficial way of saying it I guess but he did not "retire".

The stencilled canvas by 3D , stencil cutting looks very similar to the way Banksy cuts his stencils.
Shame 3D got arrested for making graffiti on walls, the ones above with his 3D tag look good and I wouldn't call it vandalism. I think the police go for the easy pull rather than putting effort into catching crims whose behaviour affects people in a negative way.

This artist used a name when referring to 'you know who' and it was NOT Robert Del Naja's name he used.
