Well banksy has made the latest news on the wonderful CNN.com. nice little news video debating 'Painted pachyderm: Art or abuse?' ...
Ofcourse they get some ferry animal rights activist to piss and moan about the inhumanity going on. But there is cool footage the shot and what not..
pretty interesting to see how the journalists make this PETA bullshit the main thing people need to know about rather than basically being awesome.

Aren't they living creatures too? The elephant only works 6 hours... the roaches are in that case for the whole weekend, under the hot spotlights, baking in their own excrements inside that enclosure with zero air circulation...  Even worse, they're surrounded by Paris Hilton images, f'goshs sake (THE HUMANITY!) 
Why does nobody protest about the poor roaches in the plexiglas case enclosed with the edited version of Paris Hilton CDs? Aren't they living creatures too? The elephant only works 6 hours... the roaches are in that case for the whole weekend, under the hot spotlights, baking in their own excrements inside that enclosure with zero air circulation...
