What is it with the mainstream press and bloody Grimsby street?!? There hasn't been any Banksy stuff there for ages, and yet I read an 8 page article in the Guardian shouting about Banksy, and not a single reference to him in the whole article. They really are clueless.
The Kid Acne stuff that WAS there is amazing, but am guessing this is mostly what has gone. There's a thousand other alleyways they could have gone and filmed in, all this screams of is poor location scouts. Whats the point of going to somewhere they have to completely change the look of just to make it look "right" Surely easier to build a bloody set!!

Urban art doesnโt really fit in with cute London, England for the American movie-goer. (no offense meant to our American forum members, just those types of films)
Banksy should get back out there and cover the area again!

Yes, and it was quite a poignant part to the film as well!
The film crew should have to commission the artists to put the artwork back up when they finish shooting!
kind of in the same way when they shoot movies out in the wild and start cutting down trees to make it look just right on camera they have to replant everything...
