Clockwise from top left on the bottom picture are Blek Le Rat, Miss Van, Banksy and 0100101110101101 (hmmm, catchy name!!) Text attached says :
Counter Strike is the world's biggest online shooting game by a country mile, and one reason is because developer Valve actively encourages players to build their own interweb-based arenas to tear about in, shooting at other geeks. Well, inevitably graffiti daubers have tracked down these fertile hunting grounds and are leaving virtual tags on pixelated walls. Thes include infamous London based artist Banksy and French street artist Miss Van, stamping their own bran of customisation on imaginary outdoor spaces, the little tinkers. A tutorial on a Counter Strike forum on how to post your own images. Looks to be a studio of existing pictures and a place where you can add your own.

Next thing is then that you would need to buy a copy of the game. Or know someone that has it and can do it for you.
On the "make money" site there is this message :
if you are a CS player and want to meet somewhere (I prefer cs_italy, but i can move). We can chat, walk around, make some street art and take photos. We can even follow the rules and kill each other but damn, it is funnier to break them! Please fell free to download and use my sprays (you have to unzip them in your materials/VGUI/logos folder and select the one you want to use in your option panel before to join a server). If you send me some screenshots I'll certainly publish them.
