There was a drop down under the international store button - it originally had "Kaws BFF" (for the prior blue drop) but they added "Here comes black BFF" (or thereabouts) around 30-40 past the hour. They dropped in there.

i kept getting spinning loading bars going through the address shipping checkout and then the page would hangup / reset. i thought maybe they don't ship overseas and the site was getting stuck on my saved US based address or something on my account. when i tried to checkout as a guest, the only country listed was hong kong.
