Learned this from the blue bff drop. Also worked for the black one. Mine also cleared customs today. Luckily our US duty exempts the items under $800. Sorry to hear about others having to pay quite a bit for a $200 plush.

I ordered the KAWS BFF 20" plush, they said 14 days and that's been 16 days. Not shipped yet, I sent them a mail yesterday and they replied with a DHL tracking number for my order, but the number is not yet working/active.

So bummed....I'm really hoping for another drop...somewhere... I fully believe these will continue to trickle in stores. The term "Open Edition" has a very specific meaning in the art world and he would look like an ass by labeling these open, then only make a few thousand of them. His last editions(Resting Place) were all editions of 1k. No KAWS figure has ever said open edition. He would've labeled these as a "clamshell" edition or something similar if it the packaging was the distinguishing mark of these figures. I don't for a minute believe that "open" means not boxed. |

This reinforces my belief that they are truly "open" editions. Like all beliefs, I hope I am right but continue to look for info that supports and yes even negates that belief.
