In The METRO newspaper the picture of the flower they had, had someone posing as him painting it on the wall. But a proper picture not one off a mobile.
It is a nice piece though

In the picture of him crouching and painting, he is holding a brush with yellow paint, against the section of the wall with the stencil of the line painter. There is no yellow paint on the stenilled man. The only yellow paint is on the recessed wall next to him with the yellow lines and flower. So in the photo, he is paiting yellow on completely the wrong wall! Also, i doubt Banksy would do an entire picture, which would take around 15 mins, in broad daylight with a photogrpaher next to him. I'm not that convinced.

or maybe Banksy is more than just one person? could be a group of people around the world agreeing on what graffitis to do where.
we all assume he's a man - what if Banksy is really a woman?
at the end of the day, unless this person comes forward all we can do is speculate.

Have a look on www.banksyunmasked.co.uk there's a photo of banksy spraying a rat with Daman Albarn which I reckon is him. Then watch the videos on the links page and you'll see again the guy spraying the isreali wall is the same build. He supposedly has a silver tooth too and the guy painting the yellow lines doesn't look the type for that. Just my opinion

Oh man. That has got to be the worst website I have ever seen. Who put that shit together?! The gallery is mental -- a third of the stencils in there aren't even Banksy's work! They's got no idea!
