It seems like no one really knows what these go for?

I think the POW editions were not handfinished, hence my thoughts on the lower end of the valuations. Nevertheless desirable

Saying that this edition is wonderful and having been printed on Morons definitely adds a bit to it.
This and hand-sprayed ones where one of the best POW has ever produced over the years.
I say £1K+
