By way of clarification, a "properly signed edition" does not in fact exist. Like other early Banksy prints, there is no separate edition of signed 'Queen Vic' prints or any specific edition numbers allocated for signed copies.
People rarely asked for signed copies at the time. There just wasn't such a demand and, originally, I suspect Banksy considered his tag to be his "signature". A proper hand signature may have been viewed as conflicting somewhat with the very concept of stencilled work.
My understanding is that, every so often, someone would ask PYMCA/POW for a hand-signed print. The print they'd receive would be more expensive, but the edition number allocated was simply the number following that of the previous print sold (regardless of whether such previous print had been signed or unsigned).
No one knows exactly how many signed copies of 'Queen Vic' are out there. The best guesstimate Steve Lazarides could provide (back in February 2005) as to the number in existence was "around 50".

The controversial painting by graffiti artist and routine prankster Banksy portrays Queen Victoria as a lesbian.
In the painting Queen Victoria is dressed in stockings and a suspender belt and is sitting on another womanโs lap!
A friend of Aguilera said to Handbag.com: "She said she loved the print so much she was going to hang it in her La living room.
"She's been a huge fan of Banksy for months and was desperate to get her hands on some of his artwork."

Rather than spending all that time looking for examples of a this print framed up... you can see and post examples in this thread! This will allow everyone on the board to have a look at what other people have done with each print to see how different mats, frames, and mountings look for each individual print. This should be a good way to save time from searching all over, plus it will give you some nice ideas for your Banksy!
Feel free to add photos of your framed example in each of the appropriate threads, there is a "Framed" thread under each print listed in the 'Banksy Limited Edition Prints' section. To keep each thread manageable and on topic, please refrain from commenting. Also, remember to resize images that may be oversized so everyone can have a proper look at your framing work!
