An ebayer has sold 2 RC's in January, both signed for 4k and 6k. Thinking that one of the deals fell through so he must have relisted it. The prices seem far cheaper than I would have expected so I think there must have been something wrong with the auction.
stuey09, I didn't even consider that seller because the price was so far off the usual mark that there must be something off with the deal. I remember seeing a unsigned RC in December from the US that may or may not have been dry mounted as it was framed and the seller didn't seem to know, and that did just over 5k in a normal auction (no private bidders or ones that looked to be shills as there were numerous near the end). Old adage, but if something looks too good, it probably is... once in awhile you see things on ebay that you know isnt right.
Related to the MQ, I have never cared much for the print. I agree its dated Britannia and aesthetically its quite different from most other Banksy images that it has made itself an outcast. Perhaps that was intended and therefore relevant, but it would never make my wall and I would imagine many others feel the same way and thats reflected in the prices.

QV is an old classic and not that many around, most are with people who want to keep. It's all about classics vs new pieces. Thanks for the advice though I appreciate an alternate point of view.

As lovely as alot of the newer prints are there's something about the older ones. They'll definately stand the test of time in my opinion. Queen Victoria, any of the rats, weston supermare...so simple yet striking.
I missed out on a S&S and would love to get my hands on one but would choose an older print any day of the week over it.
