Banksy Bomb Hugger Print, by messy71 on Apr 8, 2010 5:08:13 GMT 1, just thought i'd mention the one i've seen seems to have the pink ground continue to bottom of page behind the figure (to the right of huggers thigh) am talking a fraction of millimeter shadowing here but enough to show the pink ground was not a simple rectangle but continued to the bottom of the paper behind the figure... am curious if anyone else has noticed this, is a detail i think may help buyers be sure of originality, though i guess could be easily faked too, i also noticed the pink ground generally continues behind a lot of the black ink areas and affects its surface quality.... xXx

if you want them fully insured, you get stung vat for the majority of items coming in from outside the eu. i know books are an exception.

Banksy Bomb Hugger Print, by mmmike on Jul 16, 2010 16:22:34 GMT 1, I think there was one on ebay for around 6.5k GBP (still there? I'm at work and can't check). I don't think it sold. I think if you are looking to buy you would need to pay around that. If you are looking to sell. I would guess you could get 5.5 to 6k GBP.
I think it is an important point to make with all these prints, there is a spread, transaction costs (including the spread) are not small. Bid and ask prices can be quite different for thinly traded prints.
Depending on how quick a transaction you want, there may be a huge gap between the bid and ask prices.
I really wish people were more upfront about pricing. I hate seeing POA. To me it is a big waste of time and does not help the market at all. If there was greater transparency we could see the spreads come in.

That is my point, and we could all be better off if there was more transparency with prices.
