Banksy Bomb Hugger Print, by Deleted on Nov 14, 2013 17:23:25 GMT 1, What a piece of dirt, I got this email from Anthony Barton on 28/9/13. I said he needed to leave the prints with Graham Bignell for a condition report if we could come to a price and if all was good I'd transfer the money to his account and Graham could release the prints and I'd cover the costs, problem was he wanted cash funny enough. I hope no one else got caught out
Nbg green green framed mint with coa. Ap bomb hugger. Mint unframed with coa. Best ill do is together 14000£ Or 9500 for bomb hugger 5000 for NBg Only problem is I require cash why I would have preferred to deal with you directly. You inspect. Then I hand over the print/invoice and coa, and you handover payment. Since you've decided to use bignell as a sort of middle man, I personally do not and haven't dealt with you or him. You seem to trust him. Best I can offer are two options. I drop off the print at his gallery/ workshop, he inspects and buys the works on your behalf or You send him transfer to cover what ever offer we agree on. He then pays me after inspecting the prints. Or you pay for my flight and accommodation to Ireland. I'm only being cautious, I've had works almost stolen in the past. Dodgy buyer almost pulled a fast one in the past so now I'm extra cautious.

No offense, but anyone thinking of paying someone £10k in cash ... has just got to be crazy or have money in plenty to be throwing it away and taking a massive gamble ...
I really hope no one fell for it ....
This guy should be named and shamed on TV.

Banksy Bomb Hugger Print, by dotdot on Nov 14, 2013 18:06:54 GMT 1, question is... who has bought the works.
beginning to think 3 is a magic number.
1/ Seller has the product 2/ Seller has a coa 3/ the work is REGISTERED IN the sellers name.
in the above the abuse of a 'non proxy' whilst looking ok was flawed - have another read if you think it's ok. GB would be a man in the middle not a bona fide proxy.
verif with PC shouldn't take too long but I have no info from them on how long they can turn this kind of request around.
Ideally - a few hours / max 1 day would be useful for the average person.
coming back to the plot... I'm sure a few more examples involving this person are still to appear from the galleried among the forum.
*btw os/newc - thanks for the cap - i saw it last night - and didn't know today it'd been blasted*

Banksy Bomb Hugger Print, by dueuomo on Feb 19, 2014 1:36:07 GMT 1, Hi Everyone,
I finally found a GWB that I can afford, so I need to let go this beauty.
I purchased this limited edition print from artrepublic. It is in pristine condition and comes with a COA issued by Pest Control. It is unsigned and numbered 3XX/600, and is sold unframed.
I am willing to ship worldwide fully insured. I am based in the US.
I would be happy to sell this to a forum member (even at a discounted price) rather than selling on ebay, but here is the listing with the pics
cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=251455090537&ssPageName=ADME:L:LCA:US:1123
PM or email at due.uomo@libero.it Just take into account the different time zone...
Thanks for looking.
