DFace "Till Death Do Us (P)Art" PRINT RELEASE 16.12.16, by The Fool on Dec 29, 2016 15:42:43 GMT 1, This is one reason why I haven't bought a D*Face print in a few years. Every release pretty much the same 'variations' / defects are present. I know that no screen print is going to be the same, but that's shockingly lazy printing signing your's off in that state. You should probably take a look at the original image before calling it a defect. The crackling in the P was visible in the original image Street Art News posted. Also... the print is called "Till Death Do Us (P)art" - so it makes sense.

DFace "Till Death Do Us (P)Art" PRINT RELEASE 16.12.16, by Henry Gale Was Here on Jan 5, 2017 18:54:16 GMT 1, It continues to blow my mind how terrible many galleries are at packing prints- is it really that hard?
Print was rolled and taped (good!) but kraft paper covering the print was right to the edge of the print, not folded over (bad!) and tube was WAY longer than print and the ends weren't stuffed, so print roll was free to slide and bang around (f****g terrible!).
And glued end caps? WTF? Only one of my end caps was glued, the other was not glued or taped or anything. I've had $30 gig posters packed more carefully and intelligently.
Also, anyone know what the seven colors on this print are? I can only come up with 5 (light blue, yellow, purple, black, off-white skull color).

You're not wrong. Just bought a piece from Lawrence Alkin - long tube, no paper around ends of print, neither end taped nor glued (not DFace so slightly off subject) This industry is full of amateurs with no appreciation for the works, nor how to handle them.

DFace "Till Death Do Us (P)Art" PRINT RELEASE 16.12.16, by Henry Gale Was Here on Jan 5, 2017 20:36:02 GMT 1, Forgot to add, the kraft paper was barely an inch wider than the print itself. No wonder there was so much empty space in the ends of the tube.

DFace "Till Death Do Us (P)Art" PRINT RELEASE 16.12.16, by kwatis on Jan 6, 2017 2:28:45 GMT 1, Also, anyone know what the seven colors on this print are? I can only come up with 5 (light blue, yellow, purple, black, off-white skull color). I wondered the same thing. not seen it in person but I can make out a bone/off-white in the teeth, a darker colkr in her skull and another darker bone color in his skull. kind of seems like they just wanted to up the number of colors.

DFace "Till Death Do Us (P)Art" PRINT RELEASE 16.12.16, by yobaby on Jan 6, 2017 9:32:12 GMT 1, This is one reason why I haven't bought a D*Face print in a few years. Every release pretty much the same 'variations' / defects are present. I know that no screen print is going to be the same, but that's shockingly lazy printing signing your's off in that state. You should probably take a look at the original image before calling it a defect. ย The crackling in the P was visible in the original image Street Art News posted. ย Also... the print is called "Till Death Do Us (P)art" - so it makes sense.
Clearly didn't get the sarcasm. It's very obviously part of the print!!??!!?

DFace "Till Death Do Us (P)Art" PRINT RELEASE 16.12.16, by Morfx on Jan 6, 2017 11:12:13 GMT 1, The in-situ piece looks so much better because it has two trees to detract from the poor image.
I didn't even realise they were trees until I read the post above.. Actually improves the image, as chargrilled bone...
