I'm here, I'm here....
I had some spares so got MFM to dry mount and flatten it the best he could...put it in a bespoke frame (not conservation) and thinknit looks great! You can see the creases slightly up close but for general everyday viewing, works a treat!

Advice - flattening/framing Stik big issues, by Schrรถdinger's Chat on Feb 5, 2017 15:11:14 GMT 1, Someone mentioned cloth backing was a great way to get rid of the creases. Dunno how much it costs though or if there are any reputable UK companies.

Advice - flattening/framing Stik big issues, by rjf76 on Feb 5, 2017 16:03:28 GMT 1, Looks great rjf76. Value not an issue so may just get the iron out and grab a couple of frames from Ikea/Habitat.
That bespoke frame with acrylic was about ยฃ35. I don't think IKEA do one near that size anymore?

Advice - flattening/framing Stik big issues, by John The Badgers on Feb 6, 2017 12:29:22 GMT 1, I had decent success flattening the book print, bear with me on this, but in B&Q, they do a stair case spindle, which is very smooth and flat. Handily, its the right size to cut into 3. I put these on the creases on the print, bit of weight on them for a few days, worked well.

Advice - flattening/framing Stik big issues, by seanburke on Feb 6, 2017 14:07:13 GMT 1, I followed rjf76 and got my book one framed - love it.
I put it under some large heavy books for 2 weeks and it came out very well, you can see the crease if you're looking, but no-one has ever mentioned it.

Thanks for sharing!
