Invader : Masterpieces, by Le Feuvre & Roze on Mar 2, 2017 14:23:26 GMT 1, 
From March 16 to April 15, Galerie LE FEUVRE is proud to unveil Masterpieces, an exhibition showcasing historical works by Invader. One year ago, a collector let us know about an exceptionnal discovery. Indeed he found, sleeping in a parisian courtyard, some of the very first ceramics made by Invader in 1997.
Immediately, the idea of organizing and exhibition around these works came to our minds. After having them restored by the artists, we started to select other works, in collaboration with the collectors of the gallery. Rubik's cubes, aliases, ceramics based on video games, waffle machine, Invaded traffic sign, and of course these 4 exceptionnal pieces from 1997 will be unveiled on March 16. The exhibition will run until April 15.
Please, note that this exhibition is not a retrospective ; Invader is not directly involved in it.
This 'Masterpieces' exhibition follows the one dedicated to JonOne's early works, organized at the same period, last year at the gallery.

It was really great !

You can still feel bd some near 800 or mots on eBay ...

Today, after the space shop ( postcards ? Erm .. I prefer stickers ) , the Banksy shop.
He will sell some signed handmade ghribiya stuck in real cement from the wall.

Artists can be great, at one point, I always questioned myself... why can't artists do more for good cause and do less for the rich of this world... I am not an artist but if I were, I would sell them by thousands at low price and give it to good cause. That's a great idea !!! Selling waffles to elitists, why not, that's the system. People would buy everything if well-packed and well-presented, this is consumerism at its best, art becomes a commodity. Good chance in your postcards hunt, I foresee lot of talk about prices, price evolution follow-up, thesis, flips, conflicts about postcards, etc. gonna be fun ! Whatever Invader does, he lost his message, he is only there for the money ! Yeah, he probably made a ton of money invading Marrakech and Rabat last week.
