As Fedex pre-pay / release and charge later, where can I find the charge reference number to use when filling out the BOR286 form? The only paperwork I have is the charge letter from Fedex.
Is it the invoice number? Or is it left blank and make reference in the explanation section?

I have attached a copy of the original Duty & Tax Cash invoice, which was paid in full today, 2 April 2020.

I pay the requested duty online first, then get a refund via this email - its worked so far!
The link to pay online should be on your paperwork - 'dutyandtax.fedex.com/gb/en' - you don't get much in way of a receipt though, so make a record on your paperwork
