Paper can only be rolled in one direction. If you try the wrong way you can break the fibres of the paper, and make "cracks".

I feel for you man!...get it opened though, better to know than not.I had a print arrive last week from Canada and could see a crimp in the tube....the only positive was the art was damaged in places I didn't expect! ..Every cloud etc etc.

I opened it up last night and it is bad. Angelo responded quickly stating he would send a replacement and to send mine back. Fingers crossed.
