Problem now is I just spent 55.00$ to send it back! I am over 100 dollars in shipping back and forth,is it uncommon to ask for refund of my return shipping charges?
It doesn't seem fair for the buyer to have to pay for return shipping if the shipper packs poorly. He should just ask people to shred that thing and send a new one. Sorry to hear about all the issues.
Can we now chisel it in stone that it's just way too risky to purchase from Studio Cromie?

I donโt have any confidence in receiving a replacement which isnโt damaged. Itโs inconceivable that a buyer should be required to stump up postage in this instance.

Mine was nice packed in the tube. Yeah the tube should probebly have been sturdier but aslong as the transfer company isnt living life with it. Its hopefull fine!

Nothing wrong with the tube, this was from careless handling and lack of quality control before packing. A real pity due to the limited nature of Pauls releases and how difficult it is to acquire his work at the moment..
