Receiving prints with edge damage seems to be the norm these days.
Why bother producing a print only to contribute to it being damaged? 
If anyone wants a dummies guide to packing a print, just let me know!

If I pay for a brand new (mint condition) item, that's what I expect to receive.
Especially after being charged £5 for the packaging aspect of P&P.
Here's where someone says "send it back for a refund if you're not happy"

I agree, damage like that is just not acceptable . I feel for you guys , I can imagine your heart sinking when you saw the damage. I would expect them to have a few as back up incase of damage in the post but with 2 of the first to arrive being damaged I hope they have enough! I'm sure you'll be sorted out though. Who knows you may get an a/p of something special.

Not taken any pictures of the mine that I bought in person, but I did take it out of the tube to have a look and it's in perfect condition, so I guess the damage must've happened in transit. Hope you get a replacement.

Im not to impressed with the release for this print, A great image!!
But 3 so far damaged prints and forum members going home from the gallery empty handed after queuing for a print is not good in my opinion, D face has a release in similar circumstances next week, but clearly states 100 at venue and 49 online... At least you know where you stand if you going to queue to get one  And that's without my comments on the packing

Why don't galleries use the double tubes, where you can secure the print to the inner tube to stop it moving? It can't be THAT hard!!
