I think it's that... or EU safety standards for toys intended for children.
Maybe they needed testing before being sold and there wasn't the time or inclination!?

I'm a little worried by the number some sellers seem to have... and their record for selling fake items (bape, etc).

I was 147 in line plenty of big plushes left when i got mine, and they are nice.
Many outright resellers in line and many getting back in line after buying, and several that i saw at times square buying were in line behind me. Most of them looks like they could not float the 40 bucks for too long, so i would expect some heavy undercutting on price. given what i saw they are going to be soldout in stores today, but they are going to restock
i would love nothing more than for these to be super rare so i could trade one fro a BFF, but i am guessing with a little patience demand will be filled and the UK and EU guys will be able to get them through channels at a decent price.

would echo the comment about the poster. it is just a poster, it looks and feels like a poster, it is not going to look great next to a lot of peoples collections. A nice throw in, but nobody should be over paying for it.

Did not see line for signatures yet...just one line to get in store. People were buying $300+ merch to get 4 posters and then got back in line to get more. Took like 15 mins to get in store/whole process. You fill out paper of what you want while waiting in line. |

The meet and greet line is on Crosby to the backdoor, ppl have been lining up there since the store opened. |

Socal really was a waste of time. Some stores didn't even get the full catalog of items. At store opening time only a few shirts left. They had about 60 people in line at the Glendale Galleria 3 hours prior to opening. |
