All this and people have the stones to criticize Banksy's efforts..Zero public releases in 7 years, Bristol Museum, New York ( better out than in), Dismaland and Walled Off. Truly amazing. |

He has always done a ton of brand collabs anything from bape to nike to Hennessey and everything in between. This is nothing new and shouldn't be a surprise he is doing these types of collabs with someone like uniqlo who is run by nigo the former creator of bape.

Haring started his own shop, designed products, record sleeves, also became a celebrity in his own right...
I'd say they were very much an inspiration to Kaws and what he's doing now.

It was a disaster to say the least. Hopefully they're a little more prepared this time and have a system in place to delegate stock appropriately. Wouldn't mind getting my gf a snoopy shirt and plush as she always liked his abstract take on it.

The Brooklyn Atlantic Center had a long line waiting to get in. Maybe the first run was opportunists thinking to make a quick buck on eBay, but I think many will think the same re the plush dogs.

Cheers! i have a feeling that they will have plenty of stock on hand. they learned their lesson from last year PLUS this time around they had to license the rights for Peanuts, which costs money, and are also selling kids clothing. the plushes might be hard to find but i think there will be plenty of shirts. |
