Did anyone get a shot of the Ron English Frankenstein piece, absoltely loved it but was already sold  Great night though.

New Show At Elms Lesters, by Va Va Voom on May 4, 2007 14:27:07 GMT 1, Agreed Ron English stuff was great ,especially the Frankenstein canvas which was almost three dimensional...amazing.Nearly bought a Cowgirl,but managed to talk myself out of it with the knowledge that "my whyf" would rather nail me to the wall than that big udder image..Went to the planet patrol gig at Cargo after,saw Adam Koukoudakis produce a great 6 foot canvas of Blair,Eelus knocked out a beauty of a stencil (had a drink & chat with him ,top bloke ,with a lot of great new art coming soon).The Dan Malone canvas was also beautifully executed.They are producing a screenprint run of the work from the night and auctioning the canvases off at a later date....I want.
Great to meet several of the forum last night,could have done without this monster hangover tho.....
