Ha, I can't work out if you are funny, arrogant or simple. So your logic is that because there isn't one for sale at the moment it's worth 7 grand. Following that logic, why not just round it up to an even 10k?
Thinking about it, I've got a couple of one off canvases. Surprisingly there are none of them for sale at the moment so they must be worth shot loads! Good luck on the bay.
