Not a Banksy, by Deleted on Apr 2, 2017 15:20:50 GMT 1, 2008 Miss Bugs have their first solo exhibition at Ink'd gallery, word spread (by who I do not know) that it was Banksy....sshhhh don't tell anyone, the show was a subsequent sell out but nine years later................?
I was wondering how many other artist's have been pitched as Banksy and does anyone actually think he uses another name to produce art or is it all just manipulation and hype by the galleries or could it be a group of fiendishly clever artist's?
I thought some on here would have some good thought's on this

Personally I really think that Mr Brainwash is a piece of art of Banksy but I might be wrong I agree, it cannot just be coincidence that he is Invaders Cousin and Banksy made a whole film/documentary based around him. |

Rumors are that Brainwash comes from a very wealthy family, owning a lot of Real Estate. Maybe a wise business model, sponsorship in exchange for getting famous in the Banksy Movie, before becoming an artist himself? |

but...
Banksy will receive an ARR on all public sales of his work. Not to mention the occasional one popping up thats direct from the agents. The vip prints like dumbo, love hurts, gwb dismaland etc can be seen on this forum.
if you were to throw a couple hundred grand at pest control im sure you could find out about the originals quite easily.

I personally know of one person who had organised a commission from Banksy a while ago. All I will say price wise is that it was kinda a load of monies.
