Most sharks eat fish, great white eat seals or dead whales.
Yearly about 6 people are killed by sharks, mostly because they are mistaken for wounded seals at the surface.
More people get killed while making a selfie or by falling coconuts.
Movies like Jaws or Sharknado demonise sharks, so many people are afraid of sharks without any reason.
Sharks been around for 100 million years - we just a merely 100.000 years.
And we managed to kill them almost to extinction.
Your funeral idea would enhance the unfounded fear of sharks.
People should realise that without sharks the oceans will be dead.

Transporting the dead to sea is also not great for the planet.
And dumping them into the sea would mostly result in being eaten by crabs - not sharks.
