Don't know if this is verified, but there is a board at the London Aquarium stating that a shark is killed every minute or so for its fins, despite the fact Shark fins are so bland that other types of meat need to be added to flavour the soup...
Makes the mass killing of these things even more pointless...

No fancy stuff here
But I can mix it up a bit.

I just take pictures of sharks.
Most of it are "treasures" from a "wreck". I love Egyptian artifacts.
The mask of King Tutachamon is by far the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.
Everyone should check that out in the flesh.
Hirst makes larger then life stuff - looks neat to me. Can't afford the brochure.....

I have seen many examples as well and the beauty of their objects is second to none. Would like to see this show in person to appreciate the scale |
