My mates dad is a quantity surveyor, he says half of hackney is falling down because of extracted banksy's removed from basements that used to hold squat party's.
Those were the days .... big fish and a little fish....

Only difference is they don't associate with the Banksy street scene which immediately make you think you can jack the price up 10 fold.
