These guys do an amazing job documenting current street art / contemporary art, and the magazine reaching the grand issue of 25 is testament to their excellent hard work! I for one am very proud to be a featured artist in this issue!  I was unable to attend the launch which was very disappointing, but had far too much work on as always.... keep up the great work VNA, it's a great ,magazine!

I apologise in full as I omitted to remember that these sales were for charity.
Please keep up the good work VNA & you have my permission to charge as much as you see fit for the special editions.
Don't think anyone else should be complaining either.
In my defence I think I had a bee in my bonnet after spending too long in the wind watching Banksy pieces being removed from their intended location. That combined with being asked to attend an event at a venue that seems to of broken the rules of Art Club was all too much for me.
As for my comments regarding contributors & their rewards,my comment was made before the fellow forumite had received even a thank you. All is good now.
Anyways. Apologies if my comments upset anyone, I believe I made them in the heat of the moment.

G has pretty much said what I was going to regarding the effort that goes into making the mag, when we all have full time jobs and some of the team have small children. Sure some screenprinted covers aren't as intricate as others but you have to remember we have to work with and respect the artist's wishes, as well as try and work within their usually pretty hectic schedules.

You guys always give us a good night, a good read and publication and free drinks where you can. The charity element I think gets forgotten sometimes and people have to remember these things. I recently paid £125 for a back issue of VNA...ironically unsigned!

VNA do a fantastic job and the reason I missed this one was because I had some bad news that day (hence too many beers) and couldn't make it along so I guess I got frustrated all round, it won't happen again... We're just finishing the issue off now but rest assured we've got a cracking line-up of artists for #26.
We've got large-scale muralists, fine art, graff writers who've transitioned to galleries, abstract art and even some skateboarding. From London and California, to New York and Penang we've scoured the world to bring you killer content.
As for the cover artist, we've returned to the UK to chat to a hugely influential artist who has been integral to the local art scene since running around with a spray can in his teens, to his artwork being seen by millions across the globe.
As usual, we'll have a London launch for the Limited Edition in May. More details on that and the issue to come on here.
