I'm mapping street art in Berlin because it's my home city. Literally anyone in any city can do the same. If you will map street art in your city it will be cool.

i think you might find that more plausible - might not be the most simple tech to get up to speed on - say 5 mins and you're away.

Map is my personal project, it's free, without ad and in-app purchases, app doesn't collect and storage you whole location data unlike to Google maps for ex. Currently there is an iOS app only.
Map is account-based and decentralised, simply each account makes kind of it's own map within a global map. Each user can use a global map as like as follow interesting accounts to see he/she want.
There is no ability to upload some GPX data, any place can be added to the map in it's location, it's prevent fake places or fake place locations. The place can be added to the map or deleted in few seconds without pre-moderation. Moreover as places are upvoted or downvoted, low rate places are automatically hidden from the map (like on Reddit).
