I had a similar situation but was posting it the other way round. Cheapest I found was FedEx but they wanted $190. Ended up taking it on the plane as hand luggage lol.

parcelforce is cheaper to go direct through parcel2go.com and they collect from you.
i always use tnt, sent huge tubes to usa for ยฃ40 before
