I still cant make out the techniques used for this print. Looking at the images of the print, it looks impossible to screen this and get the effect from the images shown... my guess is that its a digital print with a gloss screen print on top?
And saying it is no inktjet prints that mean there is no digital technique used?

would be easy to make and most appreciated...

They've used a combination of techniques to achieve the desired product, and all involved seem very happy with it. I mentioned it before, Katrin's first print released was also created using multiple techniques (screen printing being one), and looks fantastic in person!

But they actually haven't though...
I don't get why it is seemingly so complicated to simply explain which techniques were involved, how they got this incredible colour nuances with screens, and how it was varnished.
Several people who know their printing have asked very valid questions on the technique. It would be great to see them actually answered.
It seems odd, instead, to distill little tidbits of partial info and say things like "multiple techniques were used"

I have read the thread. If you had too, you'd see that they've been rather vague in their answers, as well as the description on their website. I, as well as others, are curious to know what screenprinting techniques were used to replicate the painted areas, as if it were a traditional screenprint, "Waving Force of Nature - Awakening" in particular would require quite a few layers/colours.
You may not care about process and that's your prerogative, but others do and you should respect their right to ask questions.

I love her work but i am biased as my Daughter lives in Reykjavik. Someone asked earlier what it was about her work that they liked,,, for me her work is Iceland in all its raw powerful beautiy mixed with her own feelings. Icelanders are generally very spiritual and have a strong connection to the land and sea on and around their island as it has sustained them for 100,s of years and for many the old Nordic gods are still kicking about they just don't talk about them much unless they have been drinking Brenivin. The printing descriptions differ for each print.
