I think they're cool but after shipping and customs charge I'm looking at about 300 Canadian dollars. So it's a pass for me. I'm glad they are easily accessible for the fans and collectors

I imagine it will stay open until the "this is were the end starts" exhibition tour is finished. It would be nice if they were cheaper, but for a fan like myself whos always wanted these but was to scared to by on the open market, these are a fantastic alternative. With each Kaws print release we all bitch and moan about how he only caters to VIPS and this is his way of allowing everyone to get a legit and iconic kaws.
Personally, I didn't buy these as any sort of investment, but it should be noted that even open editions can become valuable. Warhol's Cows are a good example. All were open editions, and they now go for around 10k. I seriously doubt that Kaws will end up being as significant as the master pop artist, but I'd venture to guess you could at least make your money back if you wanted to sell them in a few years.
A final note. I've never owned any collectable vinyl before this release, and I have to say the dissected ones are kinda freaky in person. Maybe I watched too many horror movies as a kid, but I'm always looking over at them making sure their heads arnt turned toward me, lol.

They look so much better out of the packaging. The colours are amazing on my black flayed. I just opened it carefully and saved the packaging. They are an open edition so I wouldn't worry too much about value. I'm glad he's releasing more. The flippers must be well annoyed.

Not interested in what it might be worth as its an open edition and anyone buying open edition for prospective investment is a fool.
I'm enjoying my toys, several thousand of them going back to the 50s, 60s & 70s, no clue what they're worth and they will never be for sale, i'll probably have to buy a pyramid to be buried in!
