It's a beautiful print but unlike the recent releases this is a Giclee with silkscreen varnish 
edit: could potentially be the light but there also seems to be quite a bit of creasing to the top right, OP you should probably detail this.

IMO when you're starting to pay 2-3-4k & more for a print, surely you're not paying for the technique but much more for the image and the artist's reputation. I'm sure Banksy's prints would be worth the same if they were giclees, especially when you're dealing with top of the line printing

Most people (on here) know that Laz still have Harrington prints if you contact them. It's more the variation in price, if Laz had them at 1700 two months ago and now a member is selling at 2000 and a gallery is charging 3250. The value being placing on work by different people in the market seems to be pick a figure! If it's taken Laz around over 5 years to sell 125 prints at prices between 350 - 1700. you could argue that 1700 is too much.
