Finally a huge edition that should enable 10,000 (or many many more) people to own a Banksy. Bet the high rollers on here are sh!tting themselves that their cartel of hugely inflated prints may lose some value after loads of these hit eBay.
I love that so many will have an opportunity to own a Banksy. Such a legendary move by the man. Will have little impact on those that own other limited editions though. Just not how it works. Plenty of big artists have released fully open editions and have not impacted their market for limited editions. The KAWSopen editions are a good recent point of reference.

Perhaps, but, Kaws are a different medium. How many times has it been written on here about a Banksy bubble due to the scarcity of supply.

I guess they can validate shipping address against electoral register and ensure only one per person, but that's a fairly large administrative headache.

All the vote for change concerts here in the states didn't work in 2004 with R.E.M., Springsteen, Pearl Jam, etc, I mean it may have broadened some minds but it didn't change the election. Same with Katy perry and all the celebs behind Hilary. Whether out of people's greed in their perception of the value of the print or desire to own a local heros work, this could actually determine the outcome and get people to vote who wouldn't have. Young people like going to concerts but doesn't mean they all went and voted after the rage against the machine show
