Might just be. Could be about people going against the establishment regardless. If there was a reward from Banksy it wouldn't be that print, that would just confirm his offer which of course would incriminate him, which he's already been warned about. That's not to say that further down the line you may be rewarded i.e with a different edition, who knows. I think It's all about people being told that they shouldn't do it which he already knew and is waiting to see who goes with fuckem any way. Of course this is probably me talking bollocks but I'm pretty sure people will still be taking photos just in case.

Freedom of the press does not cover slander and calumny which is exactly how this chap is being treated.
