So I had a Banksy piece that I went through and applied for COA, they got back to me saying they wanted to see the print in person before they issue one, so they arranged with a company they use called Flight Logistics to pick up the print etc.
Anyway, that's all done about a month ago, and not heard anything back.. has anyone done this before and know roughly how long it takes? have sent Pest Control an email but nothing back either.. not sure if I am using the correct email either..

i would imagine you could get a proof of delivery from Flight Logistics, so maybe ask them for peace of mins
Pest control have taken 12 months for one of mine so far, so communication back to me apart from when i initially submitted it

Yes thats their normal proceedure especially if its unsigned. You just have to be patient sometimes they turn things around quickly and other times it takes foreverer. A short enquiry email might prompt them and it won't hurt

They have been quick/responsive on previous COAs/transfers of ownership for me so I'm happy to sit tight.
