Surely Ken “I would not seek to serve more than one term” has had his chance to deal with them already?

it's was'nt sincere, it was a tax, the difference in congestion in london from before the charge & now is negligble.

I expect he would cringe at the thought of his 'fans' voting for a Conservative.

seem to remember ken ruining and skinting GLC and now after 8 years him and his cronies have been spending our money as and how they want . my biggest problem with ken ( he has actually done a little good ) is that he will always please minoritys first and knows the majoritys will just put up with it . why an ethnic festival same weekend as notting hill ? why st patricks day celebrations and st georges nothing ? never seen at remembrance days and when water shortage and hose bans he has pavement outside offices jet washed

The revised congestion charge is nothing other then fraudulent. Hiked from £5 to £8 without manifesto, expanded to K &C despite two consultations which said NO ( he should have been JR'd then never mind waiting for Porsche to try to do it now. The change to Co2 charging will on his own admission only reduce Co2 by .001%. He has plans ( again not in the manifesto ) to expand the charge to Kingston wood green and other areas. He should legislate that all taxi's minicabs and buses have cleaner emissions. That would have a greater effect. Taxis are however a powerful lobby and he doesn't want to upset them.
His abolition of the discount for LPG and converted cars means that no one knows what the boundaries are going to be in one or two years time. Buying a smaller or more efficient car is no guarantee that you will not be caught by the high cc charges.
He has to go!

Ken is a crook and a liar and i want him out... for the life of me i can't understand why Banksy, PE, and many other artists donated works to raise politcal funds his re-election campaign...? I'd certainly like to know their reasons.
Boris might be a bit of a loon but as far as i know he's pretty minted so will be less likely to do deals for back-handers.
He also wants to get the fantastically-awful and dangerous bendy-buses off the roads.
Vote on the issues that effect you the most directly is the advice i follow.
